Key Responsibilities:
Job requirements:
Basic Machine Design
Familiarity with design of welded/fabricated steel frames.
Familiarity with rotating machinery design.
Ability to produce design layouts.
Ability to perform stress analysis calculations of welded/fabricated structural members.
Ability to select/specify and integrate typical standard hardware components into machine design.
Ability to troubleshoot simple electronic circuits.
Desirable but not required skills:
Ability to perform finite element analysis of machine and structural components using ALGOR.
Basic Qualifications:
Education Required: BSME or MSME
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates for a temporary Mechanical Engineer position to start immediately. The assignment would last 2-4 months with the possibility of temp-to-perm.
Project engineer with machine design background. Experience in the design of high-speed rotating machinery a plus. Minimum 10 years experience.
